Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of thenetarchitect.com and anything you buy through it. Using the site means you accept them.

What we provide here

Through this site you can request a Plan or an Audit — a written document about your business, its customers, and what we recommend building. Both are provided free of charge.

Larger work — websites, platforms, marketing, social, and video — is scoped and quoted separately, and is governed by a written agreement between us rather than by these terms.

How a plan works

• A draft is generated from your conversation or call, then reviewed and edited personallybefore it's sent to you. You aren't buying unreviewed automated output.
• Delivery is normally within 24–48 hours of payment.
• The plan is yours to keep, whether or not you hire us. You can act on it yourself or take it to someone else.

If it isn't useful

There's nothing to refund, since the plan is free. But if what we send you misses the mark, tell us why and we'll revise it. We'd rather get it right than have you holding a document that doesn't fit.

What we don't promise

A plan is professional judgment and recommendation, not a guarantee of outcomes. We don't promise specific traffic, search rankings, leads, sales, or revenue — nobody honestly can, because those depend on your market, your execution, and platforms we don't control. Be sceptical of anyone who tells you otherwise.

Our recommendations are also not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. For those, talk to someone licensed in that field.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information. A plan built on inaccurate details will be a poor plan.
• Make sure you have the rights to any content, images, or brand assets you give us to use.
• Don't use this site to break the law or interfere with how it works.

Ownership

The plan we deliver is yours. The site itself — its design, code, text, and branding — belongs to The Net Architect, other than material you supply.

The AI conversation

The planning conversation on this site is powered by an AI assistant. It's there to understand your business and produce a draft — it isn't a person, it can be wrong, and nothing it says is a binding quote, timeline, or commitment. Anything that matters gets confirmed by a person in writing.

Limitation of liability

The plan and audit are provided free and without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from them, including indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business. Paid engagements are governed by their own written agreement, which sets out liability separately.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
