The Net Architect
About

Ten years of watching good businesses buy the wrong thing.

Businesses come in asking for a website. Most of them don't need a website — they need a way to be found, and a website is one part of that.

I've been building on the web for over a decade. In that time the pattern almost never changes: someone pays for a site, it goes live, and then nothing happens. No traffic, no calls, no leads. They assume the site was bad. Usually the site was fine — there was just never a plan for how anyone would find it.

That's why every engagement here starts with the plan, and why the plan is yours to keep and take anywhere. If the honest answer is that you don't need a new site, I'd rather tell you that than sell you one.

When we do build, it's the whole system — the site, the backend your staff actually uses, payments, bookings, inventory, whatever the business runs on. And it's built so you own it. No retainer required to keep your own marketing running, no hostage situation over your domain or your data.

How we work

Plan first

Nothing gets built before we know who your customers are and how they find you.

You own it

Your domain, your code, your content, your accounts. Retainers are optional, always.

Straight answers

If something won't help you, we say so — including when that means less work for us.

Free, and yours to keep — whether you build it with us or not.
